All pieces are shipped from our facilities in Porto, Portugal.
We offer Standard and Express shipping options.

All orders are shipped by courier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item is personalized, orders are usually dispatched on the next business day. For personalized items, customization adds 2 to 4 business days to the delivery time.
Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

If you would like to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

As part of our customer satisfaction policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days or exchange them within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In both cases, the pieces must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases:
● Personalized pieces
● Earrings, for hygiene reasons
● Discounted itemsOnce the products have been returned, FIGU’s technical team will inspect them and verify their condition.
If the returned products meet the return requirements, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product is received.

The Pieces

Yes. Figu jewelry is water-resistant, as it is made from stainless steel and finished with 18k gold plating using PVD technology. You can wear it every day, all day — while sleeping or during exercise.

Personalized pieces are engraved using laser technology. The engraving appears in black or dark gray tones. Depending on the lighting — natural or artificial — and the reflections, it may appear darker or lighter.
